Atlas Estates Limited is a Guernsey closed-ended investment company, listed on the AIM market in London and on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE). Atlas was formed to invest in real estate assets situated in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Through an appropriate balance of income-generating properties and development projects, the Company intends to provide investors with an attractive combination of yield and capital appreciation.
To date, Atlas has successfully secured prime real estate in the main business centres across Eastern Europe. Atlas has entered this sector with an experienced management team and an existing platform of well secured property assets. The Group’s development expertise will allow it to benefit from the ongoing regeneration of the region as more countries (including Romania and Bulgaria) become members of the European Union and experience increased foreign investment in infrastructure and business and residential accommodation.
The Company’s portfolio of real estate investments is managed by experienced international real estate professionals overseeing extensive local management teams in each country in which the Company’s assets are located. These teams comprise local personnel with many years experience of developing and investing in commercial and residential property in these markets.

"Capital Art Apartments" is an Atlas Estates residential development realized in 3 stages and comprising approximately 720 apartments with areas ranging from a cozy 30 m2 to a spacious 160 m2.
Capital Art Apartments consists of 5 buildings. 8-floor building A is the first stage of a development with 219 apartments. The 17 floor building B with 177 apartments, and 7-floor building C with 123 apartments, are the second stage of the investment. Another 2 building are being designed.
